This defense is awful

I was told a few minutes ago that during Murray's presser yesterday after the trade deadline the question was asked to him if he would give Kane a contract extension. Pay attention to his reply and read into it I was told, that they were basically telling Kane to keep performing and keep your ass out of trouble and you will be here.

They still aren't happy about his off ice antics but are willing to see how he responds moving forward, they want to keep him but time will tell.

I really did not realize Girgs was still on this team until now.

Kind of tired seeing our formerly concussed goaltender taking hits without retaliation. Sometimes our defender pushed them in so I understand no penalty in some circumstances, but on the last one, the AZ player goes in untouched and plows him...penalty aside, I want someone to address that.
