13. Sabres GM Tim Murray quickly shot down any idea that Alexander Nylander would be available. The 2016 first-rounder has struggled at AHL Rochester. Word from a couple of team execs recently scouting in Sweden was that Nylander’s disappointment reached home. But it’s way too soon to give up on him and Murray knows that.

I've got high hopes that GMTM can pull something off to get us at least 1 defenseman for our top4
I think we're gonna need a 2nd one somehow though as well
Bc we can't have a Gorges-Bogosian (or either one of them) pairing playing anything more than 3rd pair minutes

gorges (murray traded for)
kulikov (murray traded for)


now I will say this

I am fine bringing back franson for the bottom pair if they can rid themselves from bogo and get a solid RD for the second pair
