I posted the teams that wanted Kulikov on deadline day, he wants out I found out. - SABRES 89
From his and Murrays comments the last few days, that is my take as well.
Kuli said it would have been nice to get a start with a new team.
Murray then followed up with I don't know if he wants to be here.
IMO he is gone. |

So most likely no 1 year deal lol?
Saw he said in a interview that he was a little disappointed to not get an opportunity somewhere else - yen6d1

The fact he says it's a couple of team execs makes me wonder. There was talk here that he wasn't thrilled with having to play in AHL but who knows how true that is. - Matthews_Auston
A couple could be two.. lol if you think about it usually the youngest players on an ahl team are like 22. hes 18.. probably tough fitting in |

That's way too favorable to the player IMO. We all like the goals, but keep in mind this guy has 11 assists this year. He's not a regular on the PK and he's not great defensively. If he wanted 8 years, I would try to sign him at current salary. I would go 7-7.25 if that cuts the years in half. You can't pay him more than O'Reilly, though - jcragcrumple
He is going to want a raise, that's the economics of the game.
Goals matter more than assists.
He isn't going to sign anything less than 6 years IMO, you might be able to get him on a 5 year deal but be prepared to pay him closer to $8 million per if you do that. |

I get his disappointment, but at the same time, it's not like it's the teams fault he's had such a bad year.
1. He chose to play in the World Cup and miss most of training camp knowing he was starting the year on a new team.
2. The injury he's dealt with isn't exactly an easy one to just "get over" as I'm sure there's been residual soreness all year. If he's anything like most other hockey players, he was nagging the Drs to let him come back sooner than he probably should have, not the other way around.
If that's really how he feels, peace out buddy. But don't go crying that you didn't get a fair shake of it here. The team didn't do anything wrong. |

Yeah, keeping all this in mind, I would probably trade him. Giving him a raise, plus going 7 years is too much risk. If he wanted 5y7m, or 6x6.5, great. I wouldn't touch 7 years. |

The Buffalo News' Vic Carucci reports the sense from the Combine is that the Bills are leaning toward moving on from Tyrod Taylor.
The Bills can't seem to make up their mind, and reports have been flip-flopping back and forth on this subject for weeks. Speaking at the Combine, coach Sean McDermott would only say the organization is still evaluating Taylor. Per Carucci, if the $30.75 million guaranteed wasn't tied to Taylor over the next two years, the Bills would likely be bringing him back for 2017. Taylor has been unwilling to renegotiate his contract. The 49ers, Browns, and Jets are expected to show interest in Taylor if he ends up being released by Buffalo.
Dis functionalism at it's best. |

The know what they want to do. I can't imagine Whaley changing his mind from day-to-day, he's waiting for other chips to fall. Why be the one to show your hand first? It would make no sense. Wait to see what's available and then make your move. All GMs are playing chicken with each other right now. |

Whaley is a fool and a tool always has been, not a Tyrod fan but he gives us the best chance to win. Jones is a joke and not a starting QB, you don't trot him out there and expect the fans to deal with it. |

Agree 100%. There's nothing better. I really don't have the stomach to watch us play Jones for a year in order to tank. I'd rather watch Tyrod. If the chips fall right, we could go 10-6 and get a wild card |

Tyrod has his flaws no doubt but like you said he gives them the best chance to win.
I think the defense will be much improved. Still at the end of the day with the tough schedule unless Tyrod starts putting up numbers close to 300 yards per game with 3 TD's they are still going to be a 7-9, 8-8, 9-7 team.

I just don't get it with the Bills anymore, they should dump which ever payers don't fit into McDermott's D system he plans on running, I don't care who the players are. |

We were at least top-10 in TDs last year, i believe. It was the defense that cost us. I think if the D is top-15 this year and watkins and mccoy stay mostly healthy, this is a 10-6 team |

That makes me miss my Mazda 3 hatch back...
I should have kept it instead of trading it in. - jochfr
I came oh so close to not trading that car in and still getting the new one, but then logic kicked in with the knowledge that paying two car payments for 10 months was foolhardy.
That and getting the laser death stare from my other half. |

It was truly a great car, and it is an absolute monster.
Hit the gas in 2nd through 4th and it will put you through the back of your seat.
Probably pushed between 20-24 on boost. |

The schedule is atrocious this year. I don't see them anything more than a 7-9 team with Taylor. Do what the Jets are doing and tank for Darnold or Rosen
