You guys traded McCann and a second for gundy, the jets could match this easiky with something like petan and second? - Ross77
I think most in here would say an easy yes to that deal |

I had no idea you left school. My comment was off the cuff harmless jab. You take this Internet thing way too serious. I have no clue about your life except you like fishing.
I'll stick to hockey with you because you seem rattled and obviously have a better memory than me. - LeftCoaster
If you say so Lefty. A little late to play ignorance now. You tried another angle a couple of times based on some non hockey stuff I said as well...
You were resorting to name calling over hockey arguments lately... not just at me either. Maybe you should take your own advice Lefty. Stop taking the internet so serious. You hit a wall in an argument and it's "meathead" "clueless" "dipsh!t" "uneducated".

He has good value. I think we could do better than what we gave up if he were signed to a reasonable contract.... or has a verbal agreement with a trade partner. |

I like the idea because I'm not convinced trouba wants to be a jet and if we can make a deal to acquire another D before hand than we are not forced to get a young D in a trouba deal. To bad arm chair GM's have no say. |

I do just stick to the topic being argued... in a frustrating agitating way. Yes it drips with sarcasm at times. No need to dig into people's past like that though. I didn't leave school because I wanted to party with the stoners or anything...
I'm talking with a friend about him helping me co-write a book about my experiences in a couple of years. His name is Chris Walter. He writes a lot of dark stuff about the lower east side, the old punk scene and books related to his troubles in life. It definitely would help a few people understand why I'm different. - boonerbuck
That name sounds familiar to me. I have an extensive music book library as well as my record collection and I'm pretty sure I have and have read one of his books on punk...will go back and check. Might need another read as I can't seem to remember sh!t nowadays.... |

I always thought Benning was an idiot but he had a good trade deadline
Considering how hard it is to make a deal and with the exp. draft looming, Benning won TDL this year - twiztedmike
I get a sense that Benning's recent success is due to Jon Weisbrod's influence. It weirds me out to say that... yuck. |

meh, that's how I roll....we (friends) bug each other all the time with "barbs", if I didn't care for you I wouldn't say anything at all to you. See NuckFU for details. I guess it could be mistaken on here when there's no emotional attachment to typed words.
I seriously didn't know about you not finishing school, you've probably mentioned it, but to be honest Booner, it's not really that important to me, thus I don't remember each and every conversation I've had on here about people lives. I know you like fishing and you fought a lot in your 20's, seriously, that's it. And that's all I care to know.
I call Donna & Vantel names (see I just did it there) all the time, they've never complained....that I can recall. Maybe it's a sports guy thing?
I'll be more courteous and respectful towards you.... |

You sure? I actually trust Benning more than Weisbrod, everything I've read about Weisbrod in Calgary has raised red flags. Although I'm sure he had a say in the Shink/Granlund trade which looks very good so far. |

Lefty, tell me more about being a bully. The other night, you are cracking off about my education and calling me names all on your own... I knew sharing why I had to leave school on this board might draw out a classless act or two but I was surprised you are the only one so far. If I hit a wall in our arguments, I wouldn't reach down that low. I couldn't finish school because of the abuse at home... and at times we didn't even have a home. How many people here lived in a car at times when they we 11 or 12? I guess that will be the next thing you target when you can't win an argument... shame me for the poop out of my control when I was a kid.
I know you don't share much on here... but imagine if cracks were made about the complications your daughter may have in life from her injury for example... I was nothing but supportive like everyone else on here... I wouldn't pick that scab.
You and bloated need to get this poop out of your system. People are bored of it if you hadn't noticed. You've been as stubborn and arrogant on your opinions as anyone on here. Somehow, only the people sticking to their own opinions are arrogant. Glass houses.
- boonerbuck
What the (frank) is wrong with you? Nobody has said those things. I give you a hard time because you're a stubborn SOB. And I hate your practical hockey approach.
I couldn't give a poop about your education or your past even though you don't mind sharing those really really deeply disturbing details like trannys with bullet holes and knife fights on Granville.
You hand out the abuse more than most so don't go laying this horsepoop at my feet.

Meh a 3c is easily found in the summer especially with an extra 6m free in salary. We can get a player that does exactly the same things as Sutter does (maybe less goals) for a whole lot less ( his contract is 6x6 i think?). I personally Think Sutter and Edler should be the next trades for this organization, like at the next TDL or next summer. I get the need to be competitive, but this team isn't substantially worse with Hank/Horvat taking more draws.... - Crazybagoham
Sutter was 4.35x5, LE was 6x6. |

"the Canucks have just seven forwards who meet both expansion draft criteria—the Sedins, Loui Eriksson, Brandon Sutter, Derek Dorsett, Sven Baertschi and Markus Granlund"
Picking up this Carmacreamsoda (sp) guy might be a little more than just replacing the sandpaper lost by Dorsett's surgery. Possibly another sly move by Mr. Benning.
The man seems to be learning his job, finally. Which surprises me for the amount of time he spent as an assistant GM.

He would leave a gaping hole in the lineup. - dbot
why expose him when you could trade him for assets not that I would trade him |

Boucher only needs 10 more games to qualify.
