What this tired franchise badly needs, a little jolt, some energy, some swagger.

Why?
- VANTEL

He has had some success with working with the younger guys and showing them what it takes to play in the NHL. He has the patience to allow them to make mistakes and that it's ok to make mistakes without seeing their butts planted on the bench. This team will not be competing for a playoff spot for a few yrs and the young guys need to play, and not 10min a game.

I haven't, maybe another mod did or he's on his way...can't wait to see Nuck4U and Argue4U have a go at each other.
