My vote is for Travis Green to coach these guys next yr
- Kaynine

We gotta get rid of all the grandpas in our coaching staff. Lidster can stay. Should had a tandem of Gully and Green with Lidster.

Thanks for the heads-up on the CA article, Don.

http://canucksarmy.com/20...n-the-philip-larsen-trade

It was written Thursday, when Larsen was expected to be scratched from the SJ game. He ended up playing so for now, he's still on the bubble.

As you say, he should get shelved again once Tryamkin returns. Since Gudbranson's skating, I think there's even a chance that he might get some games before the end of the year. Probably a non-issue, but not a non-issue yet...

- Carol Schram

Oh...thanks Carol! Didn't realize he ended up skating against the Sharks.

A cannon or a canon? One takes pictures, the other one fires stuff.

HOLY poop! OJ just had a huge giveaway right in the slot, tried to pass it up the middle. Recovered huge by getting out and blocking the shot. Wow that was a (frank)en brutal giveaway.

If they chose, can he be loaned to a team in Finland? Play against men for a season.

OJ hasn't shown much improvement on his stats this year, hopefully thats not an issue going forward. I also noticed he hasn't gotten any bigger/stronger which was one of the ideas of him going back to London this year. I've seen him play a few times this year and am going to a game next weekend. Unfortunately, I hate to say it but Victor Mete has outplayed OJ in many ways, and was selected in the 4th round to boot. However, in the words of Brennan Huff "its a waiting game."

Obviously a camera. A cannon would be incredibly unsafe. Although I could probably hit Bloateds condo from my balcony and that would be fun

Couldn't you shoot a cannon with a canon and shoot a canon with a cannon?

His PPG is higher then last year considering they lost their top 4 scorers from last season. I've seen him on TV and at World Juniors. From what I understand from things i've heard is that Victor Mete and OJ play the same amount but OJ plays the harder minutes and is much better defensively.

Well for a long period of time Granlund was on the wing for Sutter and Sutter was better.

Mete gets all the offensive assignments while his D-play is pretty suspect but ya, i hear you.

I'm not to stoked with the fact that O.J, while playing good minutes, appears to be deployed as a top 4 guy as opposed to that #1-2 D- man that Benning sold the franchise on...Plus, this is in the OHL we are talking

I'll say it again, i think O.J is going to develop into a Tanev like player (at best), which on one hand is great yet on the other, a tad disappointing for a 5th overall selection.

I have done that, mistakes happen or trying to do to much is when that happens.

I'll take a stab at this. Sutter couldn't pass the puck if his life depended on it, thus Granlund struggled on his line to produce. Now he's paired with a couple guys that can actually distribute the puck and he's having more success???

Do I win a prize???

OJ is a much more dynamic puck mover than Tanev. It was evident at the young stars tourney or watching any London games. Not saying he hasn't disappointed a bit. I just don't think he plays like Tanev at all

I'm confused, I thought you said you hate Granlund playing with the Sedins and that he's useless??? And now you're saying he made Sutter better but only had 1 assist. you're all over the map.
