I honestly think that Willie has some structure issues in his coaching style, but I also think he has a team full of suspect talent. So that makes his job that much more challenging.

I think that Willie would be a better coach with better talent, so what I'm saying is Green, Julien, Therrien, Crawford, Wilson etc. would have close to the same success as WD.

Willie will probably be gone next season which will give most here encouragement, but if this is the same lineup, then that encouragement will become calls for another coach to be fired.

Opponents send out lines on who they wish.
3rd line means no PP? If so who r the 2 PP units?

That is essentially the problem in my opinion, there would have to be some personal changes, I'm not a fan of their 18-22 mins a game, or a minute 20 on every PP. The PP is 28th, and they're on the ice for 75% of the 2 mins, time to change things a bit, give them 30sec and try something different.

Spread the minutes out & full season tank it is.
Simply not enough talent to warrant giving time away.
That said players earn it & push the Sedins down.
Til then it all doesn't matter much til our kids develop into the important roles.
