High stick deflection at center ice causes a whistle . Pens do it on a shot on goal and its ok.

If it hit the blade first over his shoulder it's dead as soon as he touches it after that. If it hits his blade below his shoulders it can hit the blade below the crossbar and it counts. That's the only way I can see them confirming it. But I think it's way too close on the first touch and looks high, but I don't have the views they do and I can't slow it down. But first blush during the play it looked high.

they were up 3-0 after the first and then spent the next two periods in their own zone.
20-ish shots the first period. Keep doing that for 2 more periods, we win the game.
