Hutton is playing really well as of late.

I don't have twitter. Never had it.

He's done a 180 since his horrible start to the season

I am not on team tank.

I hate WD.

I just want to see the youth given chances to make some mistakes and learn from them.

I still cheer wildly every time the team scores.

- manvanfan

i like the team to do well and win whenever possible and let the chips fall where they may. WD is a hot button topic no doubt , but he is our coach and i do see improvment from the younger players and thats all i can expect

The possibility of him not returning has been brought up several times over the past couple months & Carol touched on it in a blog a little while ago.

Had a vertebrae fusion surgery....extremely serious....especially for a pro athlete in a full contact sport. I wouldn't risk future paralasis for a couple more seasons of my career. He should take the medical out route

I personally don't have any preference....but if JB feels he has a better chance of getting a player with a mid round 1st...and not such confidence in the second round then do the deal.
- Bullfrog77

Benning has already stated that after 16 (I think) to 40 the difference was very little. Keep the extra pick if the result could very well be the same.

Just tuned in.
Great pace it appears for a b2b.
The kids are alright!

What? Too soon?

Edit: I see Goldy had some PP time with teh Sedin's.
Are the crybaby's soothed now ? or is WD still the worst

The youth we would be using isn't 18/19 year olds.
- manvanfan

JB has added good layers of youth can't wait for more to arrive. Multiple talent and team work may make up for lack of a savior or superstar. This draft looks barren of that for Nucks too.

My hate for Willie is mostly lines up and who's playing in what situation. You could because he did line up Hutton with Guds and that just wasn't working but yet he stuck with it. Too stubborn to change.

Willie needs a strong experienced assistant, like Crawford is in Ottawa. I like Jarvis alot; we need another like him. Look at the Seahawks. Their assistants are always being plucked to be head coaches. The NHL has evolved to that level. A strong financial investment needs to be made on the coaching staff.
- pmg2008

If WD is kept then I absolutely agree
replace lidster with someone better.

Personally lidster and wd can both go

Yup. Willie is still a terrible coach. The absolute worst. Folks don't dislike him because of Goblin. They think he is an idiot because of 1000 bizarre decisions since he took over the team

Yes 21 is venerable indeed.
I think Botchford has it right.
Play the youths til they drop...
Then troll all the female dogys with his new ammo...
Anyone thinking the NHL is about tryouts is a female dogford.
Only been 2 games since JB went into rebuild mode.
Relax & give it some time.
WD's ass is on the line & if JB sees him as not buying in then he will be gone.

Added weight since last year so he had to adjust to it, plus Gudbranson and him had little chemistry, so probably a bit of both

A team that contributes from top to bottom, star player at the top or not.

I thought he said 23. Then same through to round 3. Past that no quality for NHL.

And refuse to give credit where credit is due (like putting Goldy on the PP which some were clamoring for earlier).
Which is just as shortsighted as refusing to give JB credit for the good he has done.

right. WD is to blame for Hutton's poor play and not his better play.
gotcha.
