Id say both in his case.

It can be hard to accept that your team needs to reset and that your superstars are a shadow of their former selves. I think the Nucks will be better off once Miller can no longer make them feel as though some hope exists that doesn't really. Sven and Bo and a couple others are decent young pieces. A year or two to stockpile some draft picks and try to acquire some decent veteran presence should give them the start they need. Thinking this is still a playoff team is a mistake though.
