I heard last night Brandon was going to get hit with 100+cm of snow.
Did that happen lol?

- Whiskey-Tango

No, we probably got 5-10 cm but it's the constant 70 km wind is making huge snow drifts.

Sbisa and Dorsett would be nice...lots of money off the books.
- LeftCoaster

No guarantees yet if Dorsett will play again.
Possibly on the LTIR til his contract expires if he thinks its a health risk & chooses so. Just a thought.

Harper was all smoke and mirrors.
He didn't like Science, the media, opposition or the environment.

He was a mouth piece for big oil and the corporate world while seemingly walking in the shadow of American foreign policy.

Yay!!!!, he cut corporate and upper class taxes by slashing social spending, what a leader!

It has nothing to do with patience. He is being passed by everyone on the depth chart.

OJ
Brisboise
McEneny
Larsen
Biega
Pedan

He didn't get a sniff of action both times here.

He was a 4th round pick, of course he will be passed by others. He was always going to be a long shot, but you still need AHL bodies and none are producing like he has been. 2 years in the AHL for a 4th round pick is very normal IMO

Most of my mother's family now lives in Chilliwack, Burnaby areas. Wife really really doesn't like the cold or snow. She will be done school in 6 weeks and many more jobs available out there for her. It's an idea that has been thrown around.

My father's side of the family is still here in Brandon and it's a rather large side and very close to them all.

Canucks have 4 RHD and 3 LHD . so for that reason I don't see Sbisa being moved until OJ is ready.

I think a RHD gets traded and I don't believe it will be Stecher or Tryamkin.

I don't mind the cold and snow, but when winds come around like this. It really does (frank)en suck.

I imagine this year the 6'3 or 6'2 Neill or Olsen will be on the Comets trying for a spot on the club

Great, so flip him for someone who can fill a hole on our NHL roster. You can find dozens of Jordan Subban-type players begging for an AHL roster spot. We have more than enough offensive defensemen in the system and they're all currently and probably will always be ahead of Subban.

I have to believe it's got to be Tanev. I don't see how it's not Tanev. I can't see them giving up on Tryamkin this early. Gudbranson is needed for physicality. Stecher is much better offensively then Tanev. The three of them make Tanev expendable.

On the contrary we will keep all 4 RHD for depth.
Stecher will be in Utica is my prediction.
LHD will be moved if anything & Tree can switch over.
Stecher then would be back in the top 6 D.
I would believe OJ will get every opportunity to make the team after the TDL trades changed our strategy from retool into rebuild.

Maybe Sbisa fetches a 3rd from a team such as Arizona or the Av's.

Smart ass.
From having a sniff at the NHL. I know half the posters in here wanting him playing on the top pairing next year but I don't see any reason to rush.
