New plan is to keep JT off of 3 on 3 and the shootout. - ses111

Ho-Sang has been flying out there. I would love to see him and Beauvillier play together. Seems like he might be the only one who can match the speed of Ho-Sang |

After you guys tied it late I figured you guys would end in OT as well. - Vukota
Hutton got caught out there the entire OT. He was gassed and a pylon.

Still think Chris Lamoriello could have taken over as interim GM. - ses111
I think he will at some point. If any team is serious about poaching him, this organization better take a real serious look at Snow. |

I'm not so sure I've ever seen a team look as tired as the Islanders did in that first period. They looked like they were skating with cinderblocks tied to their legs. |

I don't know if you watched the game, but he had a shift with about 4 minutes left in regulation that was ridiculous. Really impressed me the way he fought, kept the puck either on his stick or close enough and then made a pass after 30-40 seconds of fighting. |

Pretty sure somebody posted that their is a rule in the AHL against wearing numbers higher then 49 or something like that. I think flush cheeks might be wrong on that one - Vukota
There are currently 46 players in the AHL with numbers 50+. The highest was 92. Take it for what it's worth. |

Kid can fly, can't he. He looks good out there. Shoots, passes, back checks. |

It would be nice to see them together. Great move by Beau on that goal. |

I don't mind the 3v3. Lose the shootout, it's run its course, make the 3v3 10 minutes and get rid of the loser point. if it's tied, you each get 1 point for the tie. You get 2 (for a win), 1(for a tie) or 0. That's it. - Isleshockeyman
I hate it. Play the "game" the way its supposed to be played, IHM.
Do they take player/players off the baseball field in extra innings so they can score and end the game quicker? Makes no sense yet thats what they are doing in hockey.
Play the 60 minutes and if no one wins its a tie, whats so hard about that to accept?
( Not you people in general )
Truly last nights game the Islanders in my eyes didn't deserve to "win". They played 20 minutes if that out of 60. That said if the Canucks would have won in overtime In my mind they didn't deserve the win either. It was basically a game that at the end should have been a tie imho.
Phucking 3on3 is gimmicky shat and the SO is an absolute joke imho.
3 points for a win, 1 for a tie and 0 for a loss. Reward and make the regular season wins mean more than it does and make teams go for it when they need points and not try for a tie.
Leave that 3 on 3 horse shat for the all star weekend circus. |

He looks to have a better idea on playing D than most of the forwards on the team. |

JHS is busting his ass, not generating a ton of points but doing all the things that he needs to do to stay in the NHL. Kid belongs up here. No way Quine or Prince should play over him.
Also I hated to see Beau on the 4th line. I think there are a few other players that I would have put on that line and had Beau play with a more skilled line, just my opinion.

I agree again. Let Beau play with Ladd and Ho Sang. |

Not yet, but those points will start coming because he's generating those chances. I think Strome or Nelson could play on the 4th line for a few games. They need to pick it up. |

Agreed, he needs to continue to pay attention to his play away from the puck and d Zone and the points will come because he's talented offensively without question.
i would like to see him shoot more or just get the puck to the net, the easy play if you know what I mean. Also it would help if he bulked up a bit this off season. |

The Ho Bo line.... now get Barzal involved too.
Ho-Sang can absolutely Fly.. excited to see this kid's upside. I liked how he looked with Strome too. |

so out of curiosity you guys were all over jhs a week ago for his "issues" and being immature. now that you've seen him play and play well hes all good? I mean you have had a chance to see him post game and here him speak, so do you think it was him or the powers that be saying he was a problem? |

I figured Ladd would get at least 25 this year and that he would be on JT's line all year. He has 19 and he played 5 games with JT. - ses111
Before he scored last night the pass to Brock was incredible. Not sure how Brock missed that tap in goal. |
