I have never seen Commentators make more excuses for a goalie getting beat than this guy. He stinks.

Exactly my point. But Greiss can't play the last 16 games straight. He'd be completely burnt if they made the playoffs. Then a first round ouster would be imminent. Need to have a competent back-up. Halak could do that.

I heard that Ladd had something to do with Firiing of Cappy. Cappy basically did himself in when he verbally took shot at his only ally, Snow in post game about losing neilsen and Okposo.

As for Berube, Who cares if he gets picked up. That guy has not showed one or even one save that makes me say, hey this kid could be special. He sucks. We got him for nothing as waiver pick, why should care if he is lost.

Sorokin and Soderstom have way more potential as does that kid Gibson we have in Bridgeport (soley as a backup)

If Ladd got Cappy fired, he's worth every penny of his 7 year deal.

I have no issue with dropping Berube. I think he had it tough sitting mostly for two years, but he has no future with the Isles with goalies like Sorokin and Soderstrom anyway.

Halak has gotten hurt a lot in his career when he was younger. I would argue he is somewhere in the 50/50 range on likely to get hurt in last 15 games if he plays 5. I don't really disagree with a lot of what everyone said.. I am just bored.

So on that note.. I think Berube is a better goalie than most on here think. I am hopeful the next game he plays he proves it.. I would imagine that is one of the Carolina games.

If they finally bring Pulock up which is exactly who should be playing with Boychuk hurt (100 MPN slap shot.. PP... duh). Who do you send down? pelech?
