So...you said there's not much to tank for because they can't sink lower to the one or two spot. Which is 100% false! They can infact sink down as low as the second or third last spot, currently sixth last.

So why are you saying they can't sink lower than one or two spots, they absolutely can. I don't think they can catch Colorado at the bottom, or Arizona for that matter, however, they can finish third last which gives them the same odds as the new Vegas team.

Final spots are determined after the lottery, not before.
