Perfect. We can blame Bettman when you eventually do get unwell.

I think a 3yr ELC guaranteed contract can put school on hold.
Don't need to stay in college to finish a degree.
2.5m reasons why IMO

- Nighthawk

ELC is a 2 way. AHL pays like 70k usually.

Fans would scare away a Gaudette before the media had a chance.
That said its all hypothetical bunk he is not signing.
Nothing indicates he will not sign here.

True but the opportunity is knocking on his door.
If he can step thru it there isn't anyone in his way on the farm.

I wonder what ever happened to that old poster Bieksa 3 ?

Now there is one guy who could never start an alt account. His spelling was horrible.

He could't spell cat if you spotted him the C & the T

He had a love for Micheal Del Colle like nobody else. In all fairness 2014 top 10 in that draft aren't looking so hot except maybe Draisaitl and Ekblad.

Ekblad looks one concussion away from being Lindros 2.0

On demko, what if he keeps this up and leads the comets to a calder cup is he ready for prime time? he is a fast learner from all accounts.

i'd like that.

Goalies we are prepared to be patient with...but not power forwards.

Why waste call ups to be a back up?

taste of the bigs.
Get a game or two when injuries require it, like Bachman did the other night.
Find some things to work on in the AHL.
Because that's how it works.

Demko is marinating & progressing just fine.
The immediate question is if to resign Miller for 1-2 more years.
As for Marky i've still not seen him prove he can handle 55-60 games as a starter.
If ties r cut with Miller its Marky time to sink or swim & a solid backup is signed or even Bachman would be a possibility.

I think what Kypreos had to say on this makes sense (can't believe i just typed that).

Why would Miller want to re-sign here?
We may want him, but he is playing lights out at the moment and is obviously in the twilight of his career...he's going to want to a chance to compete for a cup and play near his wife in Cali.

I don't see him resigning here.

He could find a job with Anaheim, LAK or elsewhere, with a real shot at winning.

I see us going with Markstrom and a vet (not BAchman).

Its probably going to be sink or swim. It changes for a goalie fast and Miller isn't getting any younger. He wants a shot at Stanley.
