Not happy with 4th liners, plus DD, Gaunce, Goldy, Rodin, Skille lost to injury, to say nothing of Loui Erikson...and the losses of Burrows and Hansen to trades (meaning 2 other 4th liners in Chaput and Megna are playing up at times)...

I am hoping Shore looks good tonight. Would be nice to see if we could turn him into a flippable asset for next TDL on a 1-year deal. I assume he will be an upgrade on Skille

It's probably more about survival at this point. Sutter/Granlund up front playing through injuries. A bunch of guys already out. Already called up plenty of players from the AHL. The happiest people about the Shore signing are probably Comets fans lol

It was a good signing simply because they need another NHL body who can play center and wing.

I'm actually pretty good with LaBatte, Chaput, Megna as a 4th line at this point.

i'd rather not have Megna and replace him with Gaunce, Camarosa, DD or the new guy Shore, but c'est la vie.

Megna is my least fave, doesn't bring much to the team outside of a random goal. He's not a PK'er, not physical, not really noticeable considering he plays 10+ mins on some nights, etc.

Good AHL player but that's about it.

Chaput has grown on me and i want to see LaBatte smash some Bruins.

Oh yeah, for dmen I can't stand Larsen. It's like watching your younger sibling play a contact sport against your friends, you just pray he doesn't (frank) up or get seriously injured.

He looks so fragile out there.

If Gaunce can get that monkey off his back and score , he would be a nice bottom 6. Give the guy another year

The third line tonight should (hopefully) be the potential 4th line next year, possibly with or without Sutter. The team is so depleted and lacking of NHL talent that health and development should bump tonight's 4th line out of the league next season
