Reinhart. If this guy has high Hockey I.Q. then he has the attention span of a toddler because he is floating and watching way too much while at the same time paying no attention to anything outside his little 1 foot bubble he makes around himself. - BeadyEyedDouche
Don't agree with this but Sam is wimpy |

I already stopped watching. Seems like every win this season has been in spite of themselves. They let the opponent drop 30+ on them a game. Games where they win they hardly get shots on goal, they just seem to be of the high shooting % variety.

No joke, he's not very fast or agile, either.
Not even trying to get rid of him or say he sucks, either but come on man. He looks the same now as he did in his first 9-game call up when MY BLUE COLLAR HERO AND I ONCE SHOOK HIS HAND TOO TEDDY BOY NOLAN was coach.
Even Kane looks like he's turned a corner in the past 2 seasons.
ROR, he's the player he is. A great #2, solid 2-way forward who plays way too much right now and will fall back into his role once we get rid of Bylsma and put Jack rightfully at 1C with the C.
Everyone else, meh. Even Ristolainen, who looks dominant one game and gone the next.

If you can eat chicken or beef knowing what happens what's a little horse on the side going to do to you |

Sam does have good hockey IQ and smarts, but he a just not that tough. Neither was Briere.
Risto is being judged unfairly because he's being used and abused out there. |

Oh and not, you know, a 20-year old intern getting systematically sexually abused and assaulted by the President and his cronies at the time. Or the media labeling her a whore and on top of the trauma she had already endured, she was turned into the bad guy in the entire situation by all media outlets and almost unanimously by the public.
Said President was then only impeached because he lied about smoking pot "under oath" as if we have an actual value system in this country then now or ever. He sexually assaulted a woman working for free repeatedly? Eh.... but did he smoke the devil's grass and lie about it after placing his hand on the Bible? BLASPHEMY.
But yeah man, the 90's were awesome.
Industrialization and privatization of our Prison infrastructure, Post-War economic surge, LA Riots, Million Man March, exposure of a hazing and rape culture within our Military, Civil Rights starting to be thrown out the window mere decades after people fought so hard to be treated equal. Militarization of our Police force. The emergence of drug and disease epidemics within our country... The exposure of the CIA and FBI as being the ones behind a lot of the smuggling in of those drugs. The emergence of a worldwide sex-trafficking and human-trafficking market. More in the United States than anywhere else, btw.
How about the growth of the Fast Food industry and retail industry that in turn, removed domestic manufacturing jobs and turned America's working-class and skilled laborers into retail workers making minimum wage and working less than 40 hours a week? All the while making fat (frank)s out of us. Consumption machines.
How about the rise in prominence of the idea of a Christian Nation, despite dwindling numbers of people who actually believe in Religion. Neo Naziism. Re-emergence of the KKK.
Yeah, I sometimes break out the nostalgia-trimmed sunglasses and look back at the majesty that was the 90's. - BeadyEyedDouche
OK, drama queen. Monica was a consenting adult, and the new Trump's twitter utterances scare me more than any of that crap ever did. "Reemergence of the kkk"??? Really? that's 20percent of Trumpo's demographic....fast food taking over?....NAFTA? religion? All a case of the sniffles compared to the beastly, inhumane crap going on nowadays. And my post was meant to be about 90's music more than anything.
Don't take what I say at face value...I'm only LandlordTom when I say stuff except when I'm joking. Gotta go...I think my microwave is taking pictures of me right now. |
