I am thinking about five years for Vegas. Most of their players will be depth players and they will have no depth below them and it will take a few years to get some drafted players into there system. They will likely pick a few players that they can convert at next years trade deadline for more picks and prospects.

My guess is they will jump up and pick 2nd at this year's draft, finish last overall and get the number 1 pick next year.

It's even more nonsensical that predicting what the Canucks roster will look like in 2 years time, because at least some of the players will still be here.

Attempting to predict an entire new roster, including draft picks and how that will compare to the Avs is...

I don't really have a distinct favorite between the two, but to be fair we've been in A LOT of games we shouldn't have been simply because of Miller.
