I am hoping for him of course. I have been disappointed with prospects not making it and that is the only thing I am pointing out. Don't let the numbers fool you he is a 20 year old and in the QMJHL they put up a lot of points

Less then half the draft class every year play in the NHL. So if you had 6 picks, take 3 from that. Probably half of that only every play 100 games in the nhl over a career. So half that again.
If your team can get 1-2 prospects per draft to play in the nhl for a sustained amount of time your had a successful draft.

Agree & pretty much the turnover in the roster to keep it competitive.
Not many players should feel secure that they have a spot.

Interesting to see that we have a poop team but still have high attendance, 12th in league.
The bottom 4 teams are always at the bottom and should be moved either to another location or eliminated.(imo)

I come read a page lately and just don't bother to join in. Tried to start a conversation yesterday.

Utica has been playing well lately. Hopefully they can make a strong push into the playoffs and guys get in some meaningful games. A large change over in personnel next season may hurt them for a bit though.

Maybe need to lock the thread up for a week....get everybody's heads back on straight?
