There are some great people on this thread. Everyone has the odd run in with posters, but on a regular basis? Eventually people will simply leave.

Would be nice if we could eat our own less... that said, some posters just really need to go away.

I think it is way to early to say. They are sitting on the bubble and could easily miss the playoffs. They traded a first and a second rounder so lets assume they think the rebuild is over.

If they make the playoffs and are one and done is that a successful year? I remember them coming in here laughing at us for being booted in the first round so wouldn't that be the same.

The question is they will be drafting going forward around the 15 -20 mark. Did they do enough to bring them to the top 10 or is this a one and done ?

- VANTEL

Agree it is early…however we are seeing the merits and benefits of their tank for the 1OA. Remove Matthews from their equation this season and the Laffs are likely back in the bottom 5…it's having a pretty immediate impact.

Having the team go through a season like this is rough enough. Having the same stooge dominate every thread with nonsense and idiocy is too much.

If its not Nolan Patrick do you take a Defence man this draft. I had 4 in my top ten. This draft is looking fairly solid through the 1st round.

I think you just make up hockey cards for the draft eligible players and pick one out of a hat.

No kidding, and after games is just as bad if not worse.

If you remove his 100 posts and another 50 or so of angst directed at him, the post count has really dropped.

It's BPA, we're not in a position to draft by position unless there's a legit 1C prospect. The same as it's been all year.

When the canucks were being bounced from 1st rounds they deserved ridicule because they were projected to go farther. They chocked on a regular basis.

The leafs are in a different boat now. Just making the playoffs will be a victory for them even if it's one and done.

They have some great pieces to build a cup competitive team over the next few seasons. they are finally doing it right.
