everyone wants to see the leafs make the post season.. but dont kid yourselves... this year is still about development and learning... rielly is used mostly in key defensive matchups atm... babcock is teaching him how to be a more complete player over being just an offensive d man... and quite frankly... if babcock sees that potential in him i feel very good about having him long term

Hopefully Babs is the real deal and not just a good coach cause of a good team that was handed to him.( Meaning the wings) .Good luck guys .

If tonight Leafs win vs Chi (and I think they will), then game vs. Boston on Monday will be less 'all or nothing'.
Leafs play NJD and Buff as well coming week, and those are games you have to win if you want to make playoffs. Florida the same.
Nashville tough, but like Boston doable.
Then Det-Buf-TB again.
win tonight, and get the other points, that's 13 points (1 point out of games vs Boston and Nsh).
Another two points out of three games end of season vs Wsh, Cbj, Pitts.
That's 15.
93points total - which I think should be enough to just make playoffs.

I see the Leafs clinching, their star players will have to show for this to happen but i would put my money on AM and MM any day. (really Impressive players there) I don't see the Leafs going far into the playoffs however. Since I see them in the last seed, they'd face off against the Capitals (or the Pens) either or, the leafs Goal tending and defense wont be able to match up against the elite scoring either of those teams have.
