It's a clear cut two minute interference call. Nothing more should've come of it. Risto didn't leave his feet nor did his arms or elbows come up. He was skating backwards looking to game a play but was a little late. Nothing more than a two minute interference call should've come of it.

With the NCAAs already into playoffs, I figured WHL was already started

Do the Pens even have a defenseman that big? If Jack is looking behind him skating up the middle(neutral zone) of the ice, then he deserves to get hit.

Look I get that Guentzel didn't have the puck and he wouldn't think he'd get hit, but you also have to factor in Risto's POV, he sees the puck coming up ice, his first thought isn't "Oh, my guy will totally pick that puck out of the air, I should hold up here."
