Amazing how the Rangers are tracking to have a >100 point season and could still end up with just a wild card

Here i go with my definitions of types of fans....

Tanker...not any kind of fan at all. The fickle fairweather bandwagoner.
Draftist...rational given the circumstances we r in means draft & develop.
the FANATIC...its all about winning & a fan for life no matter what happens.

I'm a fanatic with tendencies to be a draftist in the case of this rebuild.
Normally i luv the big trades when needed & not letting things get stale.
So far i'm on board with what JB has done & will have patience.
My time frame is 1-2yrs to see more real results from our picks & prospects.
Coaches win or develop prospects into the best they can be or FIRED.
In 2-3yrs i expect to see the fruit from this rebuild to really take hold.

Draft is only 20-40% of teams future issues. So much more comes into play.

Cutting my London trip short. It's a mad world gents. Hockey talk and hecklers or troll jerking in here from others is amusing and a great escape from this real life BS.

I didn't go into a full blown team building strategy.
At present i look at needs being top playmaking C & a stud D.
The PP is woefully horrible & lacks a PP QB.

I know you were stretching things on Jamie Benn comparison with him a while back. But I take it you got high hopes on him.

We were all talking about it last off season. I'm not digging into the past to find a link to the story.

I'm no fan of player comparisons but emulating one is maybe better.
In the case of JV its Jamie Benn James Neal, Tyler Toffoli, Alex Killorn Charlie Coyle just to name a few examples he could study.

Thing is, not only is their "simulation technology" terrible, but they also have a western conference bias since they are based in Vancouver. Their mood changes with Nucks fans, they had us at 63 this year, but in 2011/2012 they had the teams stats boosted to ridiculous numbers
