The Columbus and the recent Calgary game of 5-0.
take those 2 games away and his numbers would be solid.

- Habssuperfan77

Well he has 19 games played, take away 2 and that's over 10% of his season.

Yes....they say that, but do you honestly believe PROFESSIONALS go into a game and say, "not feeling it today....I'm just going to half ass it and hope for the best?"
B.S.
EVERY professional WANTS to win....they hate to lose, it is just an excuse they use when things don't go their way.
They went into last night game thinking they were going to win easily and got schooled.....end of story.

- Habssuperfan77

yes 100% that happens. it's just not possible for these guys to be 100% mentally and physically engaged for 82 games over 6 months. like literally, it's not possible. you have to be realistic. yes they hate to lose generally but since even the best teams in the league lose 25-30 games per year they're used to it enough that they're not going to go into hysterics each time.

I see. Your point is definitely valid.

I just find they use a lot of excuses that repeat themselves to shrug off bad performances.

Like rockstars use the old, "the sound system was poopty" or "our timing was off"....

excuses excuses.

SACH'S 10 QUESTIONS:

1. Who do you want the Habs to play in the first round?
2. Is it best to put Danault back on the Top line and put Galch on the 2nd or 3rd?
3. Do you prefer Beaulieu to stay in the lineup or should Davidson or Nesterov get in?
4. How many games does Price play in the remaining 9 games?
5. Should King stay in the lineup and if yes, why?
6. Should Ott be playing every game?
7. Heading into the playoffs, should they keep Markov and Weber together?
8. Is Youppi! a better mascot with the Expos or the Habs?
9. How far do you predict the Habs to go in the playoffs (under the assumption everyone remains healthy)?
10. Is Desi dead?

I'm prety sure the kings did not trade him for a 4th round pick because he was still an excellent player.

why would you keep Ott out of the lineup?
I find he is very useful and a great agitator that is necessary going through the playoffs.
PLUS, he is Great in the F/Os.

I'd rotate McCarron, Ott, Martinsen to keep them on fresh and hungry.

Please at least compare him (Boulieuw) with a D that can actually skate, pivot and play NHL hockey/.

Martinsen should be already in the lineup instead of King but let's not get into that.
I can understand Ott / Mccarron taking turns but would rather see Ott in the playoffs over McCarron this year.
