They will most certainly take injuries into account. Even though when were healthy we weren't any better, they will take in account that the injuries took away any chance of building any chemistry.

If that is their final straw they really need a guy in charge. Like a president of hockey ops because looking around the league there was a huge lack of movement, mostly because of the upcoming expansion draft and the huge cluster of teams that were still in it at the deadline.

If they took a 5th or even a 4th for each of them where would we be now? There just is not enough dmen available to play here and in Rochester. Would I have liked to have seen a move? Of course, but there wasn't really interest nor a lot of trades even being made league wide.
