They passed a law yesterday against anti-islam sentiment. We are Canadian, we are the mellowest, accepting people around......we have manners and know to be good to our neighbour. But if I want to make a youtube video, write a blog or do stand up comedy (+ a zillion and one other things) anti islam, you can be charged, (could be fines, could be jail time).
I don't like jerks, but everyone has the right to be one.

Agreed, the bill was not only a complete and utter waste of taxpayers time and dollars, but also merely serves as window dressing.
Any anti-islamic activities were naturally included within our universal hate speech laws and legislation, this bill, while nothing but symbolic is still somewhat of a slippery slope.
Alternatively, it does tend to distract ppl from that piss poor budget they released, coincidently, at the same time lol.
Lighten up bro. Its a hockey blog thx✌🏻 - Nighthawk
I get the dude.....and no worries.....didn't mean to offend or anything. Considering how koo koo this place was when we had our elections....I thought to ask a question about communication. Especially to Carol, as a journalist.....
See if you would have not replied, I would not have responded..... Makita......proof of concept.
Hockey.......Pick Patrick.
how? If not a lottery winner, or not sure if available at our low pick, trade up.
Take our first, our San Jose first, and the first we get for trading Edler.......(positive thinking ) and get first overall. (will be something to jazz up the fanbase, never had first overall before)

Spot-on. And not shocking considering Turdeau who has no clue whatsoever how to govern.

the budget was poo, for sure.....but like WT said a slippery slope when language is affected......Know how we joke about Suban's feelings.......Pretty soon we might have to contend with a lot of peoples "feelings"
I think he gets $6 over 6+ years because: Scheifele got $6.1 over 8 years, Monahan $6.3 over 7 years, Saad $6 over 6 years.
Bo might not be quite as good as those guys, but he is Vancouver's version of them, new face of the franchise, etc. The only thing that might help is Barkov is better than them all and got $5.9 over 6 - WhiteLie
Honestly thought we were the team of destiny that year. We battled Gary's refs the entire playoffs and persevered but finally really got jobbed in game 7 in NY. It was nice to see Quinn call out the refs and the league as well...he got fined $25,000 but said it as it should have been said. - LordHumungous
I recently was at an event with some NHL alumni and a few guys who were born in Vancouver. We had a couple of drinks, drowning our sorrows about that darn post. As a goalie, i also liked McLean who had a great run in the playoffs if my memory is right.
That conversation and the conversation that was had about Turek/Owen Nolan's redline goal (playoff game 7) and Bergevin throwing the puck in his own net (same playoff series) were pretty amazing. I had only been involved in fan conversations about them. Having the alumni involved and how their feelings were the same sometimes and different sometimes was pretty interesting.
Can we take the politics elsewhere. Please. - Marwood
I'm sorry Marwood....I know my voice is meaningless and I don't post much, but because you have an issue with my post I'll put big Spoiler/Triggered tag before I write, so you can scroll passed quick without you being bothered.......
I don't want to offend, bother, or hurt peoples feelings.......so I'm glad you said something, I will totally consider your feelings my next post....promise

see Rickard Rakell ..... - the end
Canucks could try to use that for posturing but Rackell is winger, played less NHL games and produced less points at the time his ELC ended (78 points in 161 games over 3 seasons vs Bo's current 112 in 222gms), and I know its a bit of a joke but Bo's ASG will be another upcharge
