My preference from yesterday for lines is almost complete. Thanks to injury and WD getting the word from JB. Good time for development.
Baertchi Bo BB - killer B's and future
Goldy Sutter Boucher - junior linemates lure Sutty into offending
Sedins Chaput- killing time
Labate Shore Biega - grind and bang
Well that's what I expect for for Jets game. Would be too much to ask for Goldy and BB with Tree added to a PP unit. But hopefully that's coming. - Nuck4U
That's probably the line up for tomorrow, I hope. Really want to see all the kids. Wish I got to see the entire team but oh well. I'm most excited to see Tree against Buff. |

Well I can see some things never change in here,
Glad to hear BB had a great 1st game in the NHL, glad to hear WD gave him good ice time, he really seems to be developing the prospects well.. |

I was just thinking that same thing. Your collective devotion to this circus is admirable. It amazes me that yesterday Brock Boeser was in college and today he's making more money than Markus Granlund. I'm glad they decided to burn the year to get it done, definitely thought he might go UFA.
So back when half the roster belonged in the AHL, you were all female doging about the coach and this team sucked cause of the coach. At that time both Reid Boucher and teemu Pulkkinen went on waivers and the Canucks passed. I was disappointed because they score goals. You guys said I didn't know what I was talking about, like you were the gatekeepers of wisdom, and I was talking out of my ass. so when we picked up Boucher around the deadline I was excited. Then he poop the bed in his first couple games, praise Odin he was awful. But WD kept trucking him out there and he played better and moved up the lineup. I think after today, I can confidently say I Told You So. And I stand by my claim on Pulkkinen over Drew Shore.
I was wrong about Baertschi, he's not waiver wire fodder, he's clearly NHL calibre. he's no Evander Kane either (25G, 97 pims, 98 hits, 221 SOG). I'd trade Baer and Hutton for Evander everyday and twice on Sunday.
I'm curious to see how management handles all these RFAs. I think 5 x 5 for Bo is wishful thinking. He either gets the Monahan deal or he gets the Trouba deal. I like how they've taken a brutal season where the team was painful to watch and virtually turned over half the roster in one season. I would avoid long term deals with any of the RFAs because you don't know which guys will emerge as "the Big 5", or if they're even currently on the team, but I see a 6 year $30M+ payday for Guddy. |

I agree that Kane is very good but we can wait for him as a free agent
I would tell Guddy he hasn't done enough and give him 3 year 4 .2 . He is a RFA only |

You want to sign someone who will probably be a distraction to a young core? Unless you want a mentor for JV? The deal he signs will make Loui's look like a clearance sale
Let Vegas have him. |

Good young grasshopper.
It's actually the story of how i snuck in here last night, crept around a little, what i saw scared the poop out of me so I trucked the frack out of here as fast as I could and drank myself to sleep. True story bro. |

I was leaning more to the side of don't trade for him .
I think he has cleaned up his act ,but as time goes on and I see more of our young guys stepping up, the less of a need I see for a big name free agent. |

I think there is a chance we see some movement this year after the season.
I wouldn't be shocked to see the twins go to Ottawa but I am not expecting it ,if that makes sense.
Eriksson had a bad year, hopefully he gets better and can score 20 next year, but it does look like a bad contract.
I might be the minority but I like how year three of JB has worked out. You see his picks turning out nicely and some of his trades working out. |

If he keeps scoring , not a damn thing
I slammed him yesterday and he throws back a big FU and scores two |

The $ will make it a problem to move the twins, guessing they finish next season and move on.
I have no problem with most of JB's deals, and confidence in him heading into the draft and off season. I don't think he's done yet. |
