I hate this stupid (frank)ing playoff format. Just make one division and 1-8 make it. The projected matchups as it stands now:
#1 vs #8
#2 vs #3
#4 vs #5
#6 vs #7 - PhillySportsGuy

As did I, and typed the exact proper response to the quote as it was in the movie.
Your proper response should have been, "forget it, he's on a roll."

lol! See, had I seen the movie I would have known that. |

That would require the powers that be at the NHL to actually be able to think clearly and use common sense. |

Why are some of you worried about protecting guys like Raffl and PEB? They are what they are at this stage of their career and can be replaced. - flyers2001
They're certainly not irreplaceable players, not many are, but both are good players and would be a loss for the team. |

Observations:
- Weal seems to be noticeable every game and almost every time on the ice.
- Gostisbehere looks to have the confidence back.
- Couturier and Schenn should stay together. They seem to play well together and both have been very solid.
- I know Voracek scored the other day but he still seems to be not giving much.
- MacDonald seemed to struggle last night.
- I know people see them as hollow wins but I like seeing this team compete and like seeing players like Weal, Schenn, Couturier and Provorov working to finish this season out. |

The Rouyn-Noranda Huskies took a two games to one lead in their first-round QMJHL playoff series with a 2-0 road win on Tuesday night. - bmeltzer
A little different that last year's first round series where they outscored their opponent something insane like 44-7 over the 4 games. |

OMG McDonald had a hand grenade at the end of his stick almost every time he touched the puck.
And yes they may be playing out the string but at least they are showing they aren't mailing these games in. |

Whole team is full of the bustiest busts that ever busted. They're changing the team name to the Busty McBusterbusts. |

They're certainly not irreplaceable players, not many are, but both are good players and would be a loss for the team. - MJL
The descriptive term good would signify that the player who is being so described is better than average as reason dictates that any "good" player would be better than the average player. Therefore, once again, you are incorrect.
Raffl is an average player based on comparisons against other NHL wingers
PEB is a below average player based on comparisons against other NHL centers
Please do your homework and be prepared when you come back to class.

I think so to, but after the ED so they don't have to worry about Vegas taking a signed Weal as their pick. - Feanor
Letting Weal unsigned does not protect him from being picked by Vegas.
