Would be better to start next season new system and vision. Why change it up after a handfull of games . Look at firing the last coach did. interm just road out the season with no major changes. Rather have the players come in to a new camp with their roles and move on.

Very good point. I think T-Pegs must be embarrassed by the fact that neither of his teams have been in the playoffs since he bought them. Next year is playoffs or bust for the Sabres. We don't have the time to fumble out of the gate at the beginning of next season. Waiting until Thanksgiving will basically mean throwing in the towel on another season. Fire Disco in two weeks, find a progressive coach who can coach these youngsters and teach the new system to everyone in September/October.

Firing Disco might also positively impact Kane's decision to stay on with Buffalo. I am sure he isn't thrilled with the amount of 3rd line time he has had under Disco. Plus Jack and Rhino will probably have an open kegger party to celebrate.

Could be . Seems the Sabres come out in the third to catch up. Maybe Disco gives up after the second period being down goals and tells them " Do what you can..I have nothing"

What happened to Florentino and Martin? I thought they were going to be solid prospects for us, at least good enough to contribute in Rochester.

Fair but thinking more literally?, im not convinced he can build a contending defence.

a) cuz he cant seem to identify a bonafide top four guy (yes i know this has been beaten to death not an incompetent boob i got it)

b) the antipin thing just adds more to the fact that hes obsessed with his own guys. I live in fear of the day i wake up and see a trade involving a disgruntled ekhlom is nixed because nashville had the audacity to ask for *gasp* hudson fasching....and a 3rd. Extreme example sure but thats usually how nightmares work

Blame game has already started with this organization, finger pointing also.Pegula cares nothing about paying people that aren't here anymore. Kulikov and Franson should not be here still and it was made known to Murray.

Murray is feeling the heat, after all the hype and " shiney new toy (s) " things are not working and the frustration is mounting day by day. Bylsma is arrogant, he thinks his system and his system only is going work and won't meet in the middle for changes.

Players are getting tired of all this ridicule and back and fourth between coaches, Terry Murray is very low key ( and that scares me) Woods is ok but Bylsma acts like it's his show or nothing and that isn't going over well with Pegula.

For the record, Bylsma was not Pegula's first choice it was Babcock but we all know that didn't work. Pegula does like Lindy.

When the team, specifically the defence, is THIS bad its almost always both. His system doesnt help but it doesnt help bylsma to have .5/6 d-man with puck moving abilities. No coach can work with that, period.
