Possibly, but Matthews' body is also very close to fully developed. He'll get stronger, but not that much stronger. Guys like Eichel, McDavid, Marner, etc. are going to grow. Even two years ago, they said Matthews looked liked he was in his 20s.

Matthews is 19yrs old. If you have seen him in a t-shirt you can see that he is no where close to muscle developed. He is also 210lbs. Give him 3 or 4 yrs and playing with an extra 20 to 25lbs of muscle. Still lot's to grow in to. There is a lot of talk about that fact. Kid is going to be an absolute beast in a couple years from now.
