I've tried. I've gotten it in under the size limit. It just doesn't want to do it for some reason. It rejects images too. I don't know if there's some content filter or something that thinks it sees something.

I did the same thing 5 times for my current avatar before it finally stuck. The site just plain sucks.

Sometimes you have to try the same file again and again, even if it is the right file size and physical size

Thought I did. Let me try again.
Not having them ready is on him. So fire him now. If you wait till the end of the season it could it could be for any number or reasons. If you fire him now the players know there is consequences for not being ready to play.

I got ya now...

But doesn't your line of thinking put the owners on the players to Ben ready,
as opposed to the coach to get them ready?

I think it's more on the players myself
Firing the coach doesn't really make the player s accountable imo
It lays the blame more on the coach

My problem with bylsma is he won a cup with Crosby and Malkin

I don't know if he's the guy you guys need. I'd think a coach that's been around for awhile might be more sufficient.

You can make the same argument with Babcock too. His teams were just as stacked as the Pens. Datsyuk and Zetterberg weren't quite as good, as Crosby and Malkin but they were damn close, and the Red Wings defense was amazing, while the Pens were just enough to get by, and their goaltending was miles ahead of MAF.

That said I don't think Bylsma is the right coach for us. His system is better suited to LA or Anaheim, someone like that.

AND Stahl....
My problem with Bylsma is that he stands there and watches his team get embarassed and doesnt do anything about it. I think i saw him call a timeout and scream at them once this season. And we sure have been outworked in the 1st more than once this year.
Guy has no passion and just keeps repeating "play the system.....play the system.....play the system."
The "system" let 3 goals in during a 5 minute span tonight.
Theres speculation that the owner wanted Bylsma because he had a stanley cup under his belt. If thats the case, our GM cant wait to show him the door.

I did too. I'm combining pools. I won my office one outright that got me about $100 (very few entries), and then came 20th out of 390-something that got me about $40.

I went 16-0 on the first Thursday though, so that was fun.

Sloppy play let in those 3 goals,
Not the system

Bylsma might not be the right coach for us,
but his system did NOT...
-teach McCabe to fan on a pass
-leave Matthews open in the slot
-have Lehner whiff on a shot he should've stopped

Last Christmas, I gave McCabe the puck, but the very next play, he gave it away.

Great point as far as Babcock vs Bylsma goes

If Babcock hadn't coached Canada to those golds...
and let's face it, they have overwhelmingly the most talent every year...
I wonder if he'd have the same Rep he doesn't now?
Probably not

No... no no no you can't.. Nuh uh..

Babs has been around and has coached all levels. He's a seasoned coach. You guys gotta stop with these rediculous false equivalences.. you're grasping for straws.

Yes, yes you can. How can you not? They went head-to-head and Bylsma came out on top.

It's not a "ridiculous" false equivalency at all. Those Red Wing teams were the best teams since the Oilers. Babcock has one Stanley Cup. Bylsma has one Stanley Cup against Babcock. If Crosby and Malkin were as good as you're insinuating they'd win every year. I don't think you realize just how hard it is to win a Cup.

Crosby had a whopping 3 points in the Final against Babcock. Malkin was good, had 8.
