I didn't mind him, he did what was expected from a 4th liner and he wasn't a liability defensively.

Cracknell was a good person to have in the locker room apparently.

I think the likely-hood of that happening is low as well. It would be nice, but wouldn't count on it. I know he and Boeser train together in the offseason but I don't think that persuades him to take that big of a pay cut of what he would fetch on the UFA market. He is going to get paid.

For one I doubt Oshie would've signed here, two, he's playing with Backstrom and Ovechkin, two of the best in the game, and three....I doubt he scores 20 in Vancouver.

UFA's r nearly always pay thru the nose type deals.
Usually players can only live up to the money & rarely surpass & more often not.

Worked out with Vrbata his first year here. There is a time and a place for it however. No need to look at UFA's at all until the Sedins and Edler are gone.
