I'm a fan of what Colorado is doing, but not of the team. Mackinnon, Jost, Rantanen are a formidable core moving forward. They are in much better shape than Vancouver as far as rebuilding goes IMO. They will trade Duchene and/or Landeskog for some defense and Johnson will be healthy next year. They aren't far off despite an awful year and have a elite center to build around.

I'm a south pacific guy. Because of my background in marine biology I got to spend some time working down there. Took my wife to the Cooks for our honeymoon.

I was a big sailor at one time so did a pilgrimage to all the sailing capitals in the world. Perth being one of them.

I loved it but man it was like being at kits beach all the time. Felt like that Surrey macho culture everywhere.

I hear you...Perth is a pretty awesome City. I was 25 at the time so I mainly worked out and drank so I fit in pretty well Would be interesting revisiting now. Perhaps the general immaturity of people would be annoying. I spent lots of time sailing in the Whitsundays
