CBJ's 2nd is gonna be low(if they give it up) - Nucker101
Yes & i'm sure they will give it up at that.
Our high 2nd is worth keeping still. |

Burrs age. thats all. U have to admit JB did well there. We all expected a 3rd or 4th for Burr.
I love Burr. Glad he's thriving in Ottawa. - storm88

I'd keep lthe 2-2nds with ours being so high - Nighthawk
So would I. But if there someone falls (like Nucker says) u have the assets to make it happen. It's just mor options that the canucks aren't used to having.
If not, we have an early 2nd and a late 2nd followed by an early 3rd.
More scratch tickets = better odds at hitting. |

I'm with u n Nucker on that but i also think somebody will fall to us in the 2nd.
I like the odds of that happening. Options though r good to have ready. |

Why would you put that to my post? Not funny or anything. Are you losing your abilities |

Jonah Gadjovich should be used with our 1st 2nd rounder
Brandan Lemieux, Brad Marchand type pest who can score.

It may also depend on who JB takes with our 1st. If he takes liljegren then we'd still need a center, acquiring another 1st would be the way to go then |

Guess what? It's not just about winning the lottery. Finishing 29th ensures a top 5 pick, it's a great safety net in a worse case scenario. Plus what the hell else is there to be excited about?
Brock scored and the Canucks lost. It was a good night.
People who keep suggesting that picking lower is the same as picking higher are usually the same people who use Bob McKenzie's list or a stat sheet to judge picks.
"Hmm a big guy who scored a lot of points and throws hits in the CHL! He must be great!

Hey
I'm one of the people who thinks that's the case this year and I don't use anyone's rankings as a basis for my own... |

I'm good with Liljgren if JB is positive he is BPA |

exactly. Have you seen so many anti-Nuck comments in a Canucks thread
Such emphasis about placement in a lotto draft too funny. Anyway, on that day we all hope the luck will be there to serve the Nucks. That's what a lotto is all about. Luck.
But that luck is not the real substance. The development of the youth is what counts for a rebuilding team. - Nuck4U
"Dude" even the youth suck, and as for anti canuck, how many posts have you been dumping on WD, or Megna, Chaput, who's out there in the last few minutes of a game.
And it's not just you, but everyone. We all b!tch about something, I think our youth suck balls, you think they're great and the issue is WD or the Sedins not passing to them, or the guys listed above playing over them....everyone is making anti-canuck comments including you. |

MICHAEL RASMUSSEN ranked 6th amongst NA skaters
6'6 215 from vancouver plays for tri city
could be a good pick too. One of those rare huge centers |

Its too automatic BPA & C. Still pulling for a deal for another 1st somehow.
The 10-20 range has another good piece we can use. Adding that to our early 2nd this draft though weakish its still giving some good proepects to get. |

I see him in the 10-12 range. He is big but we need a C that drives the play & can dish it to our scoring wingers. |

Thank you Carol, it will be a win tonight for Vancouver, which will unfortunately bring more criticism because they didn't bench the Sedins and Bo.
Let's see what June 1st brings...BTW best day of the year that day is.. - Makita
This might be the most important loss of the year. We did, man. We (frank)ing did it. |
