I see him in the 10-12 range. He is big but we need a C that drives the play & can dish it to our scoring wingers.

Rasmussen isn't the playmaker that we sorely need.
Big scorer is nice but doesn't fit in.
A Backstrom type C would be ideal

As for the youth they need development. I didn't say they were great. The Nucks need to improve them into solid NHL players for this rebuild. That's all that is important.

Quality draft picks and then develop them into the system and line up. Simple don't get how that's an issue with you and anti-Canuck. If you want to favor scrubs and inept coaching go for it.

We saw that same thing last draft.
With the amount of decent C's available this draft though its bound to be a C.

Can you see now how the only thing that counts with that is luck. So let's play out the last couple games for the young to develop some more. Then on lotto day all hope for luck. Was already disappointed last season on not having any luck.

After that lotto luck draw can begin the long debates of who to pick.

JB saying D is only a ploy to hide his cards to feret out any team hot to trot for Liljgren to entice a trade down offer that would be a no brainer. Playing poker against other wolves is a good thing. Worst that happens is its status quo.

Now who in top 5-7 want D badly? Wings Dallas come to mind.

What Devils loss record is nothing to be proud of, is it? At least the Nuck team is developing its youth. 10 players under 24 in the line up. 2 of them with the first couple of goals. That's progress. Something your sorry a$$ team from the stink part of Newark has no clue about.

As for the lotto draw it's all about luck. You might as well hop one of those frieght trains, lumbering by your Devil's stadium, and head south like your club's fortunes.

Look at how well the young kids have developed, I know people piss and moan but horvat has developed greatly under his tutelage as has Baer, Gran, Hutton, stretch etc.... now if one kid did well you could say he is the exception.... but most of these guys including tree have exceeded expectation.

Have u ever coached anything? If you have than you'd know that you can't make chicken salad out of chicken poop. The lack of top wingers and vetern D has killed this team.

Please for the love of lifting take it down a couple notches, bro.
