I think his "lazy play" is overblown, yeah he floats at times but so do a lot of top scorers in the junior. He's actually pretty good defensively. Not going to comment on his attitude, anonymous quotes aren't enough for me. Especially when one of those quotes is from a scout of a team picking in the top 10 that might want him to fall to them


I don't think he's going to be some franchise saviour or elite #1 C, but if he can be as good as a Horvat/Monahan(different playing styles, just saying talent-wise) then that's a nice 1-2 punch down the middle to make up for not having a Matthews/McJesus/Eichel.

I like Foote, but I'm not as high as some here apparently are on him. I'd take him in the 15-19 range. Nice prospect to have, but not a top 10 talent.
