I believe Kero is better defensively at center than Dezi, considering we are going to lose many face offs and it'll also allow Q to use his blender since Kero has had success between Kane and Panarin as well as Hossa and Hartman. I would of gone with Moose instead of Tootoo for PK purposes but I'm not coaching the team.

I agree that Kero is better defensively than Desjardins. My gut thinks Kero will be fine in the playoffs, but having a veteran like Desjardins who can play center is good to have in the back pocket in case some of the rookies need to be spelled a game or two and the lineup needs to reshuffle.

Me too. They'll bring a heavy forecheck which will be key in the playoffs especially against teams like the Preds who will bring their own heavy forecheck and try to hit the Hawks out of the building to gain momentum early.

All the more reason to believe...Preds in 5.

I kind of like Kero centering Hossa and Hartman...a more offensive line and a veteran on the line as well. I also liked the Hayden/Kruger/Moose line as line four. Seems like that would be a pretty good defensive/grinder line with a veteran on that line too. Oh well, in Q I trust. He has earned it.
