I'm totally with you on Vilardi, his skating is garbage.
I'll have to actually spend some time researching Necas, as I have yet to understand the hype. If Benning where to go off the board with one of the Euro centers, I think I'd prefer Pettersson.

Each time I saw Vilardi play he looked lazy and like his body couldn't keep up with what his mind was trying to do.

As for Necas, like I said, he's 168lbs, to play center in the west you have to get up to at least 190, an extra 20lbs could severely change his game, who knows?
I do know he's one of the only 17yr olds playing the Czech league, most are older gents, for example, he plays with Marty Erat...whose 18 years older and who outscored him by 20pts in and played 2 less games...I don't know what any of that really means tho
