Team D is a double edged sword.
Do it well & it costs us draft positioning & delays the rebuild.
Do it poorly cuz of youth is pretty normal.
Need some vets around for mentoring as in off season training & becoming good pros & in season guidance in all things within the game.

Short comings is playmaking skills r very poor & forever a 3C at best.
My solution is one of his wingers carries the puck more & sets up the rush & entry & distribution. Just cuz Sutter is the C doesn't mean he has to lead the play up the middle. Use him differently & his shoot 1st mentality would make for a better line.

Any coach we hire wont be here long term. We need a coach to clean house and then a coach to go forward. It didn't work great with Torts and WD.
