Ulmark is the least of our problems. He seems to be progressing. He'll make a solid back-up next year.

Oh and hopefully today is Disco's last as Sabres coach.

If they keep DB here I will know that they all think they're smarter than everybody else. We can then remind them of that when they're all unemployed, we still suck, and Jack's holding out, saying he won't sign here after his EL contract is up.

Gionta on a 1-year dear at a very reasonable cap hit - with no NMC - I am OK with. 2-yrs is pushing it IMO. Gionta would also have to relinquish the Captain's role if he stays

probably something like 8 years 6MM because he is Murrays guy.

I don't think the C is the issue, this team is still lost and until Pegula figures it out , they will stay lost. Let's see if Eichel stays strong and voices his opinion about the future of this team under Bylsma.
