Based on some of the comments by Lehner ... I think there is without question a chemistry problem on this team ..... and that's on the players. I think there's a couple who are not buying in and they will be moved this summer.

Secondly .. and Paul H. has alluded to this several times ............ there's a couple of dimwits on this team which could be related to the chemistry issue in fact.

We have seen it all season. Lines changed up all the time . Can't build anything from that. Why I mentioned some of the blame on the players, the seem uninterested to MAKE it work. Or they just really can't. Coach should see that and make changes . Not 5 times a game.

I agree ........... both Bylsma and TM have got to be aware of who's buying in and who isn't. Those players need to go ..... they are bringing down the entire team.

All I know is that managing/coaching a professional sports team is all about 1 thing. Winning. That's it. If you don't win, you don't deserve to be there any longer. Excuses (injuries, flu bug, lousy skate sharpener etc) are for losers.Simple as that. Very disappointed in Buffalo doesn't do something. Staying the course is not acceptable after going backwards and missing the playoffs again.
