I have tried so many wines over the years, and I have to say.. I just don't get it. I have yet to have a wine that tasted good to me. Like.. sangria would be the closest but even then, I really care for that. - j.boyd919
I totally agree. My girlfriend loves the sh!t. The closest thing to wine I dont mind is Port. |

I'm really liking the look of all the west's matchups this year. The next few weeks are gonna be a beauty ladies and gents. 1st round is always the best round. - MattStrat
I have no interest in St. Louis/Minnesota. They have good players but they just seem very vanilla to me. Two teams that will most likely be god by the end of the 2nd round. |

Its probably a "lesser" series in my mind too...but they are both teams that really need to make some noise and go the distance in the playoffs. Blues almost did last year. Do I think either will make conference or cup finals? No, I do not. |

Good article on Sid vs. Dubi. - j.boyd919
Curious what Sid's stats are vs Columbus since Sullivan took over. I just think if you focus on hitting Sid in the mouth 43 and 59 are going to go to town. You can try and hit them in the mouth but it's most likely going to be after the whistle hopefully after they've put it in the net |

For those predicting the Wild to make it far don't forget Boudreau's playoff history. He is actually 0-7 in game seven's:
https://en.wikipedia.org/..._Boudreau#Coaching_record
Is he that unlucky or just not a good playoff coach (in spite of his regular season success)? I don't know.
As for the Haws/Preds series, I think the Hawks win but it could be a nasty series. The Predators have perhaps the biggest collection of cheapshot artists and divers with players like Ribeiro, Neal, and Subban. I wouldn't want to play them in the first round (although having to play Columbus will likely be worse for the Pens due to all the dirty players they have).
I think the Ducks/Flames matchup has the greater potential for a wildcard upset, although the Ducks played well down the stretch.
I think the Oilers will either sweep or win in five against the Sharks. Their young talent had a breakout year and I think that will continue into the playoffs. |

At some point it's up to the players to get it done and execute. You can draw up whatever gameplan but if the players don't execute, or the other team is just better, or gets a few bounces.. that's that. I don't fault Boudreau for a small 7 game sample size.

Another take, from the CBJ side.. - j.boyd919
I dont look at this series as Sid vs. Dub at all haha.
Yeah the last time they met in playoffs the games were close and the series ended 4-2...but Fleury was sh!!ting some series beds back then... and this Columbus team is very different in roster and style...so is the Pens' too. |

Oh neither do I, but that's the big story, is Dubi shutting down Sid. I don't think you can compare the past series to this series at all. |

At least they have delicious coffee in Italy eh? - j.boyd919
Funny thing about the coffee...
Italians are super particular about coffee and refuse to serve you a cappuccino after noon because they say the milk in it screws with your digestion. It's a (frank)ing sin against creation to order such a thing after 12 and will border line get you kicked out of a restaurant. Yet, they have no issue serving you the creamiest of pastas for dinner, but you can't have milk in the (frank)ing coffee. Since cappuccinos are the only thing they do that isn't some form of an expresso shot and since I'm a late riser and am not a coffee person to begin with, I rarely ever get coffee here.
The wine, on the other hand as Matt said, yes. I'm a beer guy, but the wine here is so good and cheap I actually enjoy it. |

2 negative tweets from some no names? 1 being a caps fan? Not a negative tweet or comment on Nashville though. Who the hell is this bike loser anyway? go watch a leaf game loser. You use the word "ludicrous" way too much btw. |

I don't do desert wines. I usually don't do any of that after dinner digestief crud, but Italian restaurants have this really nice quirk of if you order all their courses (antipasta, primo piatto, segundo piatto, and desert) which normally takes around 3 hours of sitting in one place, they'll give you a complimentary lemoncello shot at the end, so I've kind of developed a taste for that since I can't say no to free drinks. |
