As for Kass....he's a reclamation project....so far, so (frank)ing good...and all it cost was Ben Scrivens.

WHy should he be in Buffalo? Buffalo didnt win the lottery.

The Oilers finished last in 2010 and won the lottery
The Oilers finished last in 2011 and the lottery was won by a 7th or 8th place team
The Oilers finished 29th in 2012 and won the lottery
The Oilers finished 27th in 2015 and won the lottery.

They changed the rules to (frank) the Oilers and it didnt work. They were LUCKY as (frank).

Besides....the 3 drafts we picked first in prior to McDavids were weak as Hell. Bad luck, I guess. Yak or Murray was hardley TAvares or Hedman....
