Ruff struggled coaching young players as well, If the problem is that Bylsma gets on the young guys for doing things wrong, ask Vanek about his treatment from Ruff.

Chance of success weighs heavily upon the defense. Antipin goes elsewhere and Guhle isn't ready = another top5 pick. If Guhle does well and Antipin is a Zaitsev 2.0 then....

I mean it's all right but I don't see nylander making the team , and with the uncertainty with Kyle I think we're going to be looking for a new Winger

And Vanek became a good player just saying..
If he would have gave the same treatment to Myers etc maybe it would have saved his career

ruff knows how to coach...look at the '05-'07 sabres when they had a real one-two punch down the middle and a bunch of youngins in support roles...
