Why? There's going to be better goalies than Ullmark exposed. Rangers have to protect Lundqvist so Raanta will be available for one. Unless the Penguins do something Matt Murray will be exposed too.

I see just by reading certain sites that Eichel is to blame for all this. This should turn into another side show. Kid wants to win and when we didn't have that kind of player (s) here people complained, now we do and people still complain.

No matter what happens the same people will be on the attack just because they hate Buffalo or the Sabres for some reason. In their eyes Eichel will never be good and the next coach and GM has already failed.

Hope you're right, and will gladly tell you so if we're watching the Sabres in the playoffs next year but we need to build depth in Rochester and fix the current roster.

Probably not, but excluding those things that lead to goals..... like assists, which Kane has a whopping 30 in two seasons combined might not be that hard.

I mean, I get it. Kane has been vital to our success here
