Head Coach

What this will mean is next year might be a right off because the new Prez would have to evaluate the state of the team and executives currently in place.

This is good news for Buffalo.

Shouldn't be required of the coach to "motivate" these guys. Their paychecks should be all the motivation they need.

Also, I am not a fan of Kane at all as I think he is grossly overrated, but then again, so are many players who are labeled with the word potential as if it is solid gold.
