Its different everytime. but sometimes they like to allow the coach to bring in his own assistants etc. or the GM wants to select all the coaching staff. I think guys like trainers and equipment guys usually get to stay

To be fair, Roslovic is nowhere near the best player part of the deal yet, and that won't be known for how many seasons? Probably at least 2 based on normal player development, so like usual, the knee jerk reaction to call a winning side is dumb, as it is almost all the time.

Man I'm legitimately concerned for the future of this team, we were supposed to be a playoff contender for sure by next season but now I'm not so sure.

Moot point now, decision is made. New GM just has to do his best to identify the pieces to protect.

Given Murray isn't here, pretty sure McPhee is looking to improve his team whatever means he can.

Aside from a few key pieces, after what we saw this year, we really shouldn't be worried about what we're going to lose.
