Makes sense. Wanted to be realistic about what I'm going to see next year. Hopefully he can get those defenders as that's probably our biggest hurdle at this point. Good response, I thoroughly enjoyed reading this. - RhinoFan
If I'm trying to be reasonable,
My perfect offseason goes something like this...
Moulson + a pick to Vegas
Carrier + a pick to NyR for Nash
Fasching + a pick to Anaheim for Manson
Sign Antipin
Sign Cal Petersen
Trade/buyout Gorges
Re-sign Gionta, 1year deal
Re-sign Fedun for Rochester & potential injury call-ups
NASH-Eichel-Okposo(hopefully he's ok)...
-top scoring line
Foligno-O'Reilly-Ennis...
-top checking line (wingers could use an eventual upgrade)
Kane-Reinhart-Bailey
-let's Sam be the "playmaker" he is, & I think Bailey is ready
Girgensons-Larsson-Gionta...
-as a 4th line, these guys can be effective
McCabe-Ristolainen...
-having a solid 2nd pair should help take pressure off these guys
ANTIPIN-MANSON...
-a lot riding on this pair
Guhle-Bogosian...
-if Bogo can stay healthy & get his confidence back, this pair has potential
Still won't make us Cup Contenders...
but I think that line-up gets us in the playoffs for sure
Top 15... Very tough. Not too thought out here but off the top of my head....
1. Led Zeppelin
2. Rolling Stones
3. Beatles
4. Otis Redding
5. Jimi Hendrix
6. The Band
7. Eric Clapton/Cream
8. Oasis
9. Black Keys
10. Al Green
11. Frank Sinatra
12. Allman Brothers Band
13. Arctic Monkeys
14. Steve Miller
15. Sam Cooke
Honarable mentions The Who, Peter Frampton, Janis Joplin, The Supreme's, Marcus King Band

Team Have released absolutely zero information " zero" and he still in the hospital
That has bad news written all over it
We might have to prepare with a team without Kyle I just hope he can live a normal life - GERBE!!!75PTS
I believe he is out of hospital - but can't be too serious....maybe Hep C or something like that - I dunno. If it was THAT serious, they probably would've said something about it by now -

I knew I'd forget someone.. I'd put the Band at number 6.

When the report came out everyone asked the Sabres if it was true and the Sabres said it wasn't
Some guy said he was released on Twitter and then everyone retweeted it and no one actually had a real source
Agreed but betting a lot on him too. Hes played pro and pretty good numbers. He might have the same impact as zaitsev, or kempny. I think they should try and add two regardless. if you come up short you still go into next season with a *deep breath* respectable d-core. and if you get 2 you can buy out or trade for 10 cents on the dollar one of the pylons without worrying about replacing their minutes. - Sabresfan-365
Agreed
I know some will get on me for this
but if we could get a guy like Manson AND a guy like Brodin,
Plus sign Antipin
Then we are in such good shape that I'm starting Guhle in Rochester & bringing him along a little more slowly
Brodin-Ristolainen
McCabe-Manson
Antipin-Bogosian
And then if/when an injury happens,
We have a talent like Guhle who can come up & make a difference potentially
Instead of just having someone like Falk or Fedun playing 10min & trying not to screw up too much
He was allegedly released from ICU, to a bed in another wing. Someone saw "released" failed to read the rest and in the quest for being first reported it.

Definitely like this lineup better. We will see what happens, I hope we're closer to yours.
I can't find a link, but I read it a few places that they were told to pump the brakes on the release. I'm not sure if he's still there or not. And since the team isn't saying anything, short of camping out on his lawn we're not going to find out.

"Bylsma said team has no confirmation on Okposo's reported release from the hospital"
That's not denying it. - bluengold12
You're not going to hear anything for a long time let me ask this if he was released you think someone in the community might know about it? Not even one person has said anything

My guess is if he was released he left to go to wherever he resides in the off season. Likely in Minnesota. I'd wager 95% chance he's in line up opening night next year.
