Reif played his college hockey at Maine back when the legendary coach Butch Huldoffer was there. I saw Butch the other day having lunch with the great Mark Knollers and Butch told me that Reif told him that next to Thomas Dudzinzski, Brendan Smith is the greatest Shatter ever to play for Shatatoga.
