3. micromanage by murray last 6 weeks

4. coaches failing system in rochester and buffalo

5. taking a step back in the standings

6. players hate for coach

7. murray refusing to fire coach

8. murray said prety much "wait and see" on Wed


these all led to the firings of both clowns thursday

He wanted a name guy. This is all speculation, but given Murray's public attitude towards Bylsma it kind of fits. He never complimented him. If he said anything nice, it was the staff as a whole. He never gave Bylsma his backing, it was always "he's my coach today."

It's Pegula's team, he can do whatever he wants with it.
